Friday Coffee Feature – Ethiopian Adado

This Friday we willl be featuring one of my personal favorites; Ehiopian Adado Yirgachefe. This coffee is so fruity and tasty it will blow your mind in how coffee can actually naturally grow and taste. This is our roasters notes on it.

“Wow, peaches and pineapple, what a great coffee. This small organic certified co-op was discovered by our Green Buyer Miguel, high in the Yirgachefe region around 7500 ft. This is definitely a great find and so very unique. We have never tasted a coffee with such wonderful flavors, you will think we added something to it, but it’s all from the bean.

Starting with the floral and citrus you would expect from a great Yirgachefe, you will discover flavors of sweet peaches, candied lemon, mango and pineapple. There is great body for a Yirgachefe and perfect balance. Try it as a drip or as a single origin espresso. This is one you have to taste to believe!”

Great coffee coupled with our ART Night = GET READY TO LIVE!! We’ll see you here.
