Come try a cup of our Sumatra Blue Batak! This is Lake Tawar on a sugar high. This amazingly unique coffee won “Best of Brew” at the Ultimate Barista Challenge in New York City in 2008. The judges described the aroma as “sweet butterscotch” with the finish of a “crisp green pepper.” You just have to try this coffee to experience what we’re talking about. Grown around Lake Toba, one of the deepest and most beautiful lakes in the world, and harvested by the indiginous Batak tribe. Come try a cup!
